We collect visitor's contact information (like their email address), unique identifiers (like their Login ID), and financial information (like their account or credit card numbers).

Contact information from the order form is used to send information about our company, and important notices as to service delivery, like status of orders, statements, and invoices. Your account information may also used to access our site for FTP transfers of new patent data. Financial information that is collected is used to check the users' qualifications and bill the user for Rapidpat.com products. Unique identifiers (such as personal ID numbers) are collected from Web site visitors to verify the user's identity and for use as account numbers in our record system.
